Overview

At Terminal Sentral Kuantan, we have been appointed by Majlis Bandaraya Kuantan as the building operator.

Our scope of work includes managing both the building and bus operations. Our 14-month project involves comprehensive renovations of the entire terminal, including shop lots, kiosk areas, toilets, prayer rooms (surau), parking facilities and other amenities.

This extensive refurbishment aims to significantly enhance the terminal’s functionality and overall user experience.

What we do

At Terminal Sentral Kuantan, we have implemented a state-of-the-art Terminal Management System (TMS) to enhance the overall efficiency and passenger experience. 
 
Our TMS features a Centralized Ticketing System, integrated with 65 bus operators, to streamline the ticketing process. 
 
The Terminal Operating System (TOS) efficiently manages bus traffic flow, optimizing platform allocation and minimizing idling time.
 
Additionally, the Public Information Display System (PIDS) provides passengers with real-time bus schedules and updates, ensuring they are well-informed throughout their journey. 
 
We also employ dedicated staff to oversee bus and passenger operations, ensuring smooth and efficient terminal management.
