At Terminal 1, KLIA Bus Terminal, we have developed and installed an advanced Terminal Management System (TMS).
This system includes a Centralized Ticketing System, seamlessly integrated with 15 bus operators, ensuring efficient and streamlined ticketing process.
Our Terminal Operating System (TOS) expertly manages bus traffic flow, optimizing platform allocation and minimizing idling time.
Additionally, our Public Information Display System (PIDS) provides passengers with real-time bus schedules and updates, enhancing their travel experience.
